Refund Policy

For Panel Shelf

This policy applies to purchases of Panel Shelf. Panel Shelf is free to download and use, so you can try it fully before you pay. A purchase only lifts the free version's limits. Because of that, purchases are final and we don't offer refunds, except in the cases below.

1. Try before you buy

The free version of Panel Shelf includes its features, with limits on how much you can keep in it. Please use it on your own computer and with your own files before buying, to make sure it works for you. Buying a licence doesn't add a different app: it removes those limits.

2. When we do refund

• You were charged twice for the same purchase: we refund the extra charge.
• Your licence doesn't work, for example the key never arrived or won't activate, and we can't fix it within a reasonable time after you contact us.
• You didn't make the purchase, for example someone used your card without permission.

3. Your rights under consumer law

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded by agreement.

Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within a set period, such as the 14-day withdrawal period in the EU and the UK. For digital products supplied immediately, that right may end once supply begins, but only if the legal requirements for immediate supply, including any required consent and acknowledgement, have been met.

Where consumer law gives you a right to a refund or to cancel, that right applies regardless of the rest of this policy.

4. How to ask

Email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase, with your order number and what went wrong. Approved refunds are paid by the reseller that processed your order, back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first: we'll usually sort it out faster than a bank can. If a payment is reversed or charged back, the licence it paid for is deactivated.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version shown when you bought is the one that applies to your purchase.
